About this site
This website presents informational property listings for 502 Stays, a hospitality brand of Emge Family Properties LLC. Content may change, and details should be confirmed before making travel plans.
Inquiries and availability
Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a home, confirm dates, or guarantee availability. We will review the information and respond when possible. A stay is only reserved through an applicable booking process and confirmation.
External booking platforms
Airbnb and other external listings are operated by third parties. When a reservation is made through a booking platform, that platform’s applicable terms and the specific listing terms govern the reservation. We are not responsible for third-party site operation or content.
Website use
Please provide accurate information when contacting us and do not misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its operation. Photos and other site content are for viewing in connection with possible stays and may not be reused without permission.
